Boy! Hunter is a great character. I could just picture him. He is grumpy but hot and wears a ranger uniform. See…you are already picturing him in your mind.
I loved Emma’s easy going nature. She handles everything “in stride”, especially her new boss, Granny. Granny tickled me on more than one occasion. And you can bet, the town loved to see Emma and Hunter together. They kept the town talking.
This is an adorable read with a great setting of Vermont in the fall. Plus, the small town, and of course, the adorable characters add so much charm. I will say, the story itself could have been a little bit shorter. It was just a few pages too long.
Katharine Chin is the narrator of this cute read. She did a very good job!
