This author has quite a few books. And I have never read any of them. I am going to go back and pick up her others.
This is told in two points of view, Hanna and Ruby.

And as Hanna slowly begins to trust Ruby, she opens up about her pain and her grief.
First off, let me say I loved the setting. I have not read very many books set on the Shetland Islands. This author did a fabulous job with this location. I could just picture it. Add in Hanna’s past and her fight for the freedom for Norway in the 1940s, and you have a unique read.
The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that when Hanna started talking about her past, the story slowed down a bit. But it picked up and it got better and better as it went along.
