Catherine has recently gained access to her trust fund, and Sebastian Talbot appears very eager to marry her as quickly as possible.
I enjoyed the setting and the time period. I also enjoyed learning about con artists. Nothing like some smart crooks to keep you reading.
This is a quick story and I almost finished it in one sitting. I did feel it is a bit simple, I mean…you knew where it was going from the first paragraph and it did not deviate!
This is part of a series. I have not read any in this series. It is not necessary that you do so, but I feel like I would have cared more for the characters if I had read at least one.
