Jess has finally been hired as a news reporter. It’s for a tabloid but she is beyond excited. However, things change quickly. Jess soon realizes the lengths her boss and her editor will go to to get the story.

I did not like a single character in this book. Even Jess…she is supposed to be the good one. I found her a bit mousy. I know, I know…she is young. But, I just felt the whole set of characters were immoral. I am sure that is exactly what the author wanted to portray, the nastiness of the tabloid business and the people surrounding it.

Now, I love a production on an audiobook and I also enjoy when the author takes part in the production. This one has all of the above! Narrated by Nathalie Buscombe; Sandie Jones; Sofia Engstrand. Excellent job by this team!
