About the author
Jayne Mills was born in Chicago and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and has written and taught about the relationship between wealth and wellness. An avid yoga practitioner since the 1980s, Jayne is a registered yoga teacher who has taught yoga and breathwork. She currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida.
