Here are my audible books for August.
This one has background noises, like horses running and party sounds. It did make the story more realistic. I am just not a huge fan of Jane Austin *GASP*. I know, I know….I have heard it all before.
This book is TWISTED! Very unique story!
I saved the best for last!
This book is fantastic! No one should miss this. It reads like a fiction book, not a memoir. 20,000 stars!

How long have you been listening to audibles? I don’t. I like to get lost in the printed words. I keep thinking I should try it, but I wonder if my thoughts about a scene in the book would interfere with the story. I seem to be able to manage it when reading.
I understand your thoughts. I listen while I am doing chores, exercising or driving. I can listen to a long book better than I can read it sometimes. If I am physically reading A long book I sometimes get bored. I do not with an audible. It’s like being read to as a child. Imagination still kicks in
