My Lady Viper is set in my favorite time period. King Henry VII! Who does not love a good story about him! However, I felt the author focused way too much on who was sleeping with whom. So, there were several places I skipped and moved ahead
Cape Refuge is a Christian fiction novel. I did not know this till I started it. This is not my favorite genre. The story is compelling and I only rolled my eyes a couple of times (I find Christian fiction overly dramatic). I did think the narrator did a terrible job with the southern accent…I am from the south and I can spot a fake one a mile away and boy…hers was bad.
