While Margot is in her old home she discovers quite a bit of evidence about Lady X and a blurry photo of her mother.
Lady X took New York by storm in the 70s. That is, until everything got out of hand. Three friends take on the men who abuse women…or at least the women they know. And let me tell you, they did a bang up job.
This is told in two different time periods, present day and the 1970s. The author nailed both. I was so captivated in each section, I did not want the section to end. Y’all! Margot stole my heart with her situation. But the three ladies in NYC….oh boy…they stole my heart with their solutions to the problem! 😳
